 Our

industrial filter cloth and net, which is among products
of national patent article. The new Z series of
monofilament filter cloth is an ideal filter product for
industrial filtering technology. It can be set in
equipment like filter, vacuum filter, centrifugal hydro
extractor and etc.
The products in our company have been widely applied in
mineral selecting, chemical industry, pharmaceutical
manufacture, dyeing, brewing, food production,
environment production and so on. Our products have been
tested by Jiuquan Steel Group, Shijiazhuang Huabei
Pharmaceutical Company, Suzhou Huayuan Biochemical
Product Company, Henan Tianquan Group and Quality
Control Bureau of Textile Product. Statistics show that
the new Z series of monofilament filter cloth is of
excellent quality and reaches advanced standards in
breaking intensity, breaking length, ventilating amount,
wear resistance, which can be compared with the quality
of imported monofilament filter cloth.
The Z-53 series of monofilament filter cloth is made
from chemical fiber with special high-temperature
calendaring treatment after plain weaving, twill weaving
and satin stitching. This series is not only smooth and
shiny in surface, but also have longer service longevity
with bearing ability of 500 n per square centimeter.

Operation characteristics:
suitable for long-time running, of long cycle, easy to
clean, time-saving and energy-saving, of high
proficiency and long longevity.
Multifilament and adhesive-bonded filter cloth is
suitable for intermittent running, which is of short
cycle, uneasy to clean. The filter cloth must be taken
off for cleaning, which is time-consuming and of low
proficiency and short longevity.
Our company produces all specifications of Z series
filter cloth, with production ability of 150 square
meters per year. The filter’s specification includes
1600*3200, 1900*3800 and so on; specifications of filter
bag for centrifugal machine varies from￠600mm to
￠1500mm. Our company has special weaving workshop for
custom-made filter cloth, filter bag and other products
with specific technology requirements.

Standard of Q/320586 ABT 01-2001Z series with quality
control carried out to the letter. Product development
of our company is acclaimed by many costumers. Other
products, including metal filter net, zinc-plating iron
wire net, black iron wire net, tape-shape net, are
mainly exported to Japan, Indonesia, Italia etc, with a
history of 15 years’ business. After technology reform
here, we developed net products of highly sophisticated
